Связь и анализ потребностей
Клиент связывается с нами через сайт, мессенджеры или по телефону и описывает, какую продукцию хочет, будет ли печать, тираж и другие детали.
Подготовка коммерческого предложения
На основе запроса клиента мы подготавливаем предложение: тип продукции, наличие печати, цены и сроки изготовления.
Уточнение технических деталей
Согласовываются размеры, цвета, наличие логотипов и другие технические характеристики. Получаем окончательное подтверждение от клиента.
Выставление счёта и оплата
Выставляется счёт на предоплату или полную сумму. После поступления оплаты начинается производственный процесс.
Производство и контроль качества
Продукция изготавливается в соответствии с утвержденными параметрами. Готовые изделия проходят проверку качества.
Доставка и завершение заказа
Готовая продукция доставляется удобным для клиента способом. При необходимости предоставляется фотоотчёт. Заказ считается завершённым.
